Payment & Delivery

Paying for your shopping

All payments are made through PayPal who accept most major credit cards. You can also pay by postal order or cheque (scroll down for further details). Postal orders and cheques are only accepted from UK residents.

Please note: You do not need to be registered or register with PayPal to make a purchase.

Unregistered PayPal Users

If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to register with PayPal, then use the express checkout to pay for your items. Select the express checkout option and follow the instructions given by PayPal and be sure to supply all information that is asked for, especially your address (for delivery purposes).

Registered PayPal Users

If you already have a PayPal account then login to your account to enter your card payment details and delivery address.

Once the transaction has been finalised you will automatically be redirected back to Eco-flair. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and another email confirming when your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Your order will be sent to the address you have supplied.

Paying by Postal Orders and Cheques

We understand that not everyone likes to pay via the Internet. We therefore accept postal orders and cheques. However, these methods of payments will cause a delay in dispatching your order, funds must clear before goods are dispatched.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days of receiving full payment. All orders are dispatched using *Royal Mail. There are 2 delivery options, if you select 1st class, then your orders are dispatched using 1st class recorded delivery service and if you select 2nd class, then your orders are dispatched using 2nd class recorded delivery. Please note: the shipping charge option will appear a step before you pay for the item(s).

Orders over £100 are dispatched free of charge.

We will send an email to the email address provided to confirm when the order has been dispatched.

*We accept no responsibility for any errors or late deliveries made by Royal Mail or any other courier service used.

Returns

Prior to dispatch, all the goods are checked thoroughly to ensure that they are free of damages. If you would like to return the purchased item for a refund please contact Eco-flair immediately on info@eco-flair.com.

Please ensure you state the item, date of purchase and name. We are unable to accept goods that have not been informed to us within 7 days of delivery. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Eligible refunds will only be made to the card or on the PayPal account which was used for the original purchase. The postage is non refundable on all returns.
